    All clubs and organization are expected to abide by the University's Code of Conduct and Club Policies. In the event that a club or organization breaks a university or Student Activities Office policy the club or organization may be held accountable for its actions and behaviors.

    Student Activities reserves the right to take disciplinary action based on a club and/or its member's actions and behaviors. This may or may not include a written or verbal warning, a halting of the recognition process and freezing of an account number.

    In the event that a club or organization is given a warning (verbal or written) it is expected that the club or organization will follow the appropriate policies as outlined. If a club continues to not follow the policies outlined in the Code of Conduct or Student Activities Office the club/organization and/or its members may be held accountable for its actions and behaviors.

    Accountability can be defined as, but not limited to, being placed through the University's integrity formation process, club/organization probation.
