  • Film Studies Welcomes Georg Koszulinski

    George Koszulinski joins the English Department faculty to teach in the Film Studies program, effective September 2013. His teaching and areas of expertise include social documentary, French New Wave, classic Hollywood cinema, German national cinemas, video production, film analysis, and the foundations of documentary film practice.
     
    “Koszulinksi has received numerous awards for his work,” said Professor Maria Bullon-Fernandez, chair of the English Department. “His films have been shown at film festivals throughout the United States and in Asia, Europe, and Central America. He is a wonderful addition to our growing Film Studies program.”

    The College of Arts and Sciences, the largest college in Seattle University, offers 42 undergraduate majors, 37 minors, and 7 master's degrees.
