The Center for Change in Transition Services in conjunction with the Olympic ESD will be providing two FREE trainings in your area focusing on Writing Effective Transition Plans. These all day workshops will focus on how to write transition plans based on student’s interest, needs, strengths, and preferences as well as how to implement the plan while balancing the needs of all students. This workshop will also cover Common Core and its relationship to transition. Lots of FREE resources will be provided. Please encourage your staff to attend, and bring IEPs in order to make it a very productive work day.
