Student Event Request Form

To request a space or facility for your event, please carefully complete all form sections relevant to your event. To request on campus housing during the summer months, please send a request for information to  SUconferences@seattleu.edu. If you have any questions about the Event Request Form, please contact us via e-mail or call (206) 296-5620.

  • All event requests must be received fifteen (15) business days in advance.
  • Events where food is being provided by the student group must be requested thirty (30) business days in advance.
  • Audio-visual support not already supplied in classrooms must be requested at least seven (7) days in advance.

Parking is regulated at all times and availability is extremely limited during business hours, from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. from Monday through Friday. During these times, reservations for parking may not be possible and event guests may be required to try to find parking in surrounding neighborhoods.
