Event Request Form
To request a space for your event, please complete all form sections relevant to your event. If you have any questions, please contact us via e-mail or call (206) 296-5620.
If you are interested in reserving on campus housing in addition to holding an event, please request further information from SUconferences@seattleu.edu.
Important Deadlines (PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST)
- All event requests must be received ten (10) business days in advance.
- Events where food is being requested must be requested fifteen(15) business days in advance.
- Audio-visual support not already supplied in classrooms must be requested at least seven (7) days in advance.
NOTE: For best results, please use a Windows based PC and ensure that the confirmation page displays after clicking "submit".

Parking & Transportation
Parking is regulated at all times and availability is extremely limited during business hours, from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. from Monday through Friday. During these times, reservations for parking may not be possible and event guests may be required to try to find parking in surrounding neighborhoods.
