Participant Registration and Fee Guidelines
Most programs offered by Seattle University Human Resources Professional and Organizational Development are centrally funded with no participation fee charged to staff or faculty.
Participants are expected to register for each program they wish to attend at least 3 business days in advance. Fees may be charged for lack of advance registration. To register go to "Upcoming Events" (right margin of this page) and select the specific workshop and date you would like to attend. Follow the RSVP instructions outlined in the Event Details.
Registered participants are expected to attend the full workshop. Registered participants unable to attend are expected to cancel their registration at least 3 business days in advance. To cancel a registration, email firstname.lastname@example.org
Effective July 2013, an employee's department may be charged a $25 fee in cases where she/he
- Registers, does not show up for a program and fails to cancel participation at least 3 business days prior to the workshop.
- Attends the workshop but fails to register at least 3 business days prior to the workshop.

“Service in Action Seminar Series” through the Institute of Public Service The Master of Public Administration and Executive Master of Nonprofit Leadership programs present an annual Service in Action Seminar Series. This series provides nonprofit and public service professionals with continuing education opportunities and access to current trends. Seattle University staff and faculty are welcome to participate in the series. Seminar fee sponsorships are available for Seattle University employees. “Leading with Dignity” through the Center for Leadership Formation The Leading with Dignity, program is a set of short courses offered by The Albers Center for Leadership Formation. These short courses are designed to take organizational leaders from their current positions of responsibility and elevate them to the next level for increased impact and significance. Course registration and sponsorship for Seattle University employees is coordinated through Professional and Organizational Development.
