Enrolling in Benefits

Faculty and staff who are eligible can participate in a comprehensive set of benefit plans. There are a few important decisions that you will make to ensure that your enrollment is responsive to the needs of you and your family.

‘Benefits Insight’ is an online enrollment service that guides your benefit selections. You will be able to access Benefits Insight soon after your first day of employment. Because of the confidential information stored on the site, you will need to register and password-protect your personal account.

Be sure to also attend the New Employee Orientation which will be scheduled within the first month of your hire date.   An HR benefits specialist will lead an overview of benefits.
