Overview

  • Dear Student Leader,

    Congratulations on your interest in leadership roles at Seattle University. There are many ways that you can serve the SU community through leadership and develop personally in the process. Serving in a leadership role is a great way to deepen your self-knowledge, meet a diverse group of new people, polish your career skills, and expand your horizons. Our intention for the recruiting process is to help you thoughtfully consider the wide range of opportunities available in light of your personal talents and goals.

    Please contact our office for any assistance we can provide in discerning what types of formal roles might be a good fit for your gifts and talents, or for support in developing your skill set.  We have a number of educational programs and resources available.

    Along with the rewards of leadership come responsibilities.  As a leader you serve as a role model to your peers and representatives of Seattle University.  Please carefully consider the following Redhawk Commitment as it pertains to serving as in a position of leadership.
