University Issued Cell Phones

Cell Phone Policy Information

The University has recently changed its policy on cell phones. Please see the Controller's Office website here for more information. If you have completed the appropriate paperwork and are approved for an OIT University issued cell phone, click here for the current cell phone and plan information.

How to Order a Cell Phone

When you are ready to order your phone and corresponding plan, please inter-campus mail or drop off your cell phone authorization form to Johnny Lee in the Controller's Office. He will ensure that the form is forwarded to us at Technical Purchasing. After we receive the form, we will order the phone. Lead time is generally 5-7 business days. When the phone arrives Desktop Support will configure and deliver the phone to you.
