SUOnline is a secure web based, self-service system that provides students with access to their academic profile, online class registration, course schedules, financial information, and other related tasks.

Requesting Access

All students and accepted applicants with a Seattle University network account have access to SUOnline using their Seattle University network account credentials

SUOnline can be accessed at: http://suonline.seattleu.edu.

Technical Support

The Academic Profile and Registration Information areas in SUOnline are supported by the Office of the Registrar. If you have a question about using the application in these areas or are unsure if difficulties you are experiencing are a technical problem with SUOnline related to features in the Academic Profile or Registration Information areas, please contact Office of the Registrar or call (206) 296-5855 for assistance. The Financial Information area in SUOnline is supported by Student Financial Services.  If you have a question about using the application in this area or you are experiencing are a technical problem with SUOnline related to features in the Financial Information area, please contact Student Financial Services or call (206) 296-2000 for assistance.  If the issue is determined to be technical in nature, you will be asked to open a support request with the OIT Help Desk. In the event of technical difficulties, the following information must be provided to the OIT Help Desk so they may better assist you:

  • Web browser name and version.
  • A detailed description of what led up to your problem.
  • If an error message appears, fully copy/paste the error message into an email sent to helpdesk@seattleu.edu.

CryptoLocker on T Drive

April 11th 12:00pm

A CryptoLocker attack on 3/31/14 between 11:25am and 3:30pm impacted some University T Drive files. Impacted files are visible but encrypted, and cannot be opened. OIT has successfully restored thousands of impacted files. If your files are still encrypted from the CryptoLocker attack, please contact the SU Help Desk and submit a request to restore impacted files.
