Equipment Available for Checkout

The following equipment is available through Classroom Support for checkout:
* Audio Recorders
* Audio Equipment
* Data/Video Projectors  
* Portable Screens
* Camcorders and Tripods


All requests for equipment or services must be made at least 24 hours (one full work day) prior to the time the equipment/service is needed.

24 Hours notice does not guarantee the availability of equipment.

Upcoming Maintenance

August monthly maintenance

OIT will perform Planned Maintenance on all data center systems on the following August dates:

Friday August 8th, 5:00pm - midnight (complete)

Friday August 22nd, 6:00pm - midnight

Telephony, Email, SUOnline, and Canvas LMS will be intermittently unavailable during maintenance.
