As a teacher I am interested in finding and cultivating mindful movement. Through guided meditation, structured asana practice, and a focus on pranayama, the breath, I strive to bring a steady calm to my class. I seek to combine the musicality and discipline of my background in classical ballet and modern dance with the centering practices of yoga. My only rules for class are that you show up for yourself, try, and breathe.
