SU Martial Arts introduces various styles of self-defense incorporating self-awareness, mental toughness and physical fitness. Participants of all abilities and fitness levels are welcome to participate. First session is free to new participants, but patrons must email the instructor for enrollment first. The MAT [Martial Arts Training] Room hosts each Martial Arts session, located across from Racquetball Court 3 in the Archbishop Connolly Complex. For access to practice, please enter through the Eisiminger Fitness Center. Community members will check in at the Guest Services desk.
