    Want to see what our personal training program is all about? Want to try out a trainer before booking a package with them? It is easier than ever now that we offer a free session to every member for you to do just that. Log on to the link below, and create an account if you haven't done so already, then email asking for your free session. We will credit your account, and you can book the spot that works best for you. Give it a try!

    Simply follow these instructions to view appointment availability and to register for personal training:

    1. Log on here! 
      1. New users create a profile
      2. After logging in, click "Sessions" under the "Buy" tab (left hand column)
      3. Click the "Personal Training" drop down bar
      4. Select purchase next to the package you would like
      5. Enter your credit card information, and complete payment.
      6. After your payment processes, select "Find New Sessions", and begin booking your times with the trainer of your choice!
    2. Control your reservations easily online, including cancelling courses you are unable to make, up to 24 hours in advance.
    3. Prepare for your sessions! Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first scheduled session to allow time to fill out the appropriate paperwork!
    4. Appointments must be viewed 24 hours in advance, or a Call for more info will be displayed indicating the appointment is full.

    Program Overview:

    Working out with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer will ensure you will reach your fitness & wellness goals safely and effectively. Receive personalized instruction and accountability, while gaining the confidence to push yourself harder than you could working out on your own. All Personal Trainers within URec hold a National Certification from either the National Academy of Sports Medicine [NASM], The American Council on Exercise [ACE], The National Strength and Conditioning Association [NSCA-CPT] or the American College of Sports Medicine [ACSM].

    All Personal Training packages include health history & lifestyle information, resting vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, body fat) and a fitness consultation which includes goal setting, program design and equipment orientation.

    What to Expect?

    If you purchase a package, you will start with a complimentary Introductory Session which will consist of paperwork evaluation, body composition evaluation, goal setting, trainer matching and an equipment orientation. Please dress in comfortable athletic attire and bring a water bottle. For the body composition evaluation, please be completely hydrated, do not eat within four hours and do not exercise within 12 hours.

    The Fine Print:

    All sessions and packages must be paid in advance. Cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance or not showing for an appointment will result in the loss of that session. Your trainer will also show the same respect with regards to cancellation. Cancellation can be done easily online by clicking on "My Schedule" in the left hand tab, and then clicking cancel next to the session you would like to cancel. You will be notified by email for all information regarding your appointments, unless otherwise noted by your specific trainer. All packages expire six months after the date of purchase.
