    The educational and professional opportunities that I have been privileged enough to be a part of has molded me into a well-rounded personal trainer that identifies with the specific needs of other individuals in order to help maximize their potential as healthy human beings. I relate with my clients in order to encourage them to find the right type of exercise lifestyle that is best for THEM. My individualized and personalized exercise prescription plans, coupled with my background knowledge in sports and exercise science, have been areas of specialty that have allowed me to be the best trainer for all of my clients. My exercise specialties include functional and performance based training, rehabilitative training, and strength and conditioning training.

    As a trainer, my goal is not only to help clients reach their goals and lead a healthy lifestyle but to motivate them to be as passionate about fitness as I am. I enjoy working with people who have a variety of goals ranging from fat loss to high-intensity strength and conditioning. I make workouts challenging but fun! You have to challenge yourself to change yourself! My specialties include lean muscle gain, strength and conditioning, and high-intensity circuit training. I also have 3 years experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and boxing if you enjoy incorporating these disciplines into your fitness routine!

My areas of interests are working with LGBTQ folks (especially queer, trans, and gender variant individuals), and working with older adults.     My goal as a personal trainer is to help my clients feel good and be comfortable in their own skin. Fitness doesn't have to be hard and boring in order for it to work, which is why I try to integrate fun and creative exercises into my sessions. If I can get my clients to leave with a smile on their face, I know that I have done my job! My specialties are cardiovascular improvement, flexibility, and female fitness.

      Fitness and healthy living are lifestyle choices that inspire me to help others achieve their own personal goals.  I have worked for years with youth and high school basketball players, but I love connecting with all kinds of people and finding out what motivates them.  The most important part of fitness for me is finding a personal reason to reach for that goal and then to have someone to push you farther than you thought possible.  I have experience in sports conditioning, body weight, and at-home styles of training to offer and incorporate.

      I have always had a great passion for physical fitness and the amazing benefits it gives people. I see how much of a positive impact that exercise has had on my life, and through personal training I can show dozens of others how truly life changing regular exercise can be. Starting an exercise plan tailored to your specific needs and goals has the power to help depression, increase confidence, change your body physically, and boosts energy levels. Being able to give these benefits to another person is why I got into personal training. Whether you have never set foot in the gym or are feeling your workouts get stagnant, I know I can help spark a fire under you to get you motivated again.       Seeing how much of a positive impact that physical wellness has had on my life, I actively seek to help others achieve such levels of happiness. After injuring my knee in high school, I endured many hours of rehabilitation and strengthening exercises. As my sporting career came to an end, I was forced to find other ways to stay healthy and happy; this is where I found myself in the world of personal training. Pursuing a more active and healthy lifestyle can improve all other components of wellness naturally. I choose to help others better themselves because I believe that everyone deserves to find their own happiness; and I truly believe that starts with physical activity. Whether it is body functioning exercises, weight-loss programs, power lifting, stretching, or simply talking with a friend while walking on the treadmill, I find joy in helping others better themselves physically and mentally. My specialties include, but are not limited to, functional training, weight-loss, rehabilitation, and speed and agility training.
