National Institutes of Health Oxford/Cambridge Scholars Program
Covers tuition at Oxford or Cambridge, living expenses, health insurance, and travel allowances for a Ph.D. in biomedical research

KAUST: King Abdullah University of Science and Technology Discovery Scholarships 
Full tuition, living, educational, and travel expenses for the remainder of your bachelor's degree and full tuition, living, and travel expenses for a master's degree program at KAUST in Saudi Arabia. For students of certain science and engineering fields

Whitaker International Fellows and Scholars Program for Biomedical Engineers 
$15,000 or more in tuition, travel, and living expenses to intern or conduct research overseas in the field of biomedical engineering

Joint Japan / World Bank Graduate Scholar Program
Covers tuition, travel, and costs of living towards master's degrees in the fields of development (such as economics, health, education, agriculture, environment, natural resource management, etc.) in universities across the world

Mount Sinai International Exchange Program for Minority Students 
Travel, housing, and stipends for minority students in fields including: education, health, biomedical, social work, environment, biology, etc. to work on community-based scientific research projects in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Chile, and South Africa

Global Health Corps
Fellowships are available in a wide range of areas, from monitoring and evaluation to supply chain management, communications to human resources

Post-Bac / Graduate / Doctoral / Post-Doctoral Study

National Health Service Corps
NHSC scholarships covering full tuition, educational costs, and stipends for up to 4 years in exchange for at least 2 years of health care service in communities of great need. Other opportunities also available

Tuition, health benefits, and stipends for current or aspiring Ph.D students of biomedical sciences

National Human Genome Research Institute Intramural Health Disparities Postdoctoral Fellowship Program
Research and mentoring experiences through the National Human Genome Research Institute

Commisioned Corps Officer Student Training and Extern Program
$2,500 a month and professional development for students interested in careers in public health

Robert S. McNamara Fellowships Program
Supports doctoral research work in economic development through a 5-10 month residency period in a country outside the fellow's home or residence country

Undergraduate Study

National Institutes of Health Undergraduate Scholarship Program 
Gives $20,000 for up to 4 years towards academic and living expenses, paid research training, and paid employment after graduation for students from disadvantaged backgrounds who are committed to careers in biomedical, behavioral, and social science health-related research

Commisioned Corps Officer Student Training and Extern Program
$2,500 a month and professional development for students interested in careers in public health

Christine Mirzayan Science and Technology Policy Graduate Fellowship Program 
$8,000 for a 12-week fellowship for graduate students of science, engineering, medical, veterinary, business, public policy, and law to be engaged in the process of policy-making with a science/technology element

The Center for Environmental Health Sciences 
The Center for Environmental Health Sciences (CEHS) at the University of Montana sponsors a summer educational research experience for outstanding college undergraduates.  The Summer Undergraduate Research Program (SURP) is part of a national program to attract and train undergraduates to research careers in the environmental health sciences.
