Izzy Gardon is from Sacramento, California. Growing up in California's capital city, Izzy has always had a passion for politics. During his junior year at C. K. McClatchy High School he was elected to become the Student Body President of one of the nation's most diverse high schools. After serving his student body for two terms, he was elected by the students of the Sacramento City Unified School District to serve the 47,000 students of the school district as the Student Board Member on the Board of Education. While on the school board Izzy received media attention for his outspokenness and focus on student rights.
As a sophomore at Seattle University, Izzy serves his university in three main capacities; he is the External Chief of Staff for the Student Government of Seattle University, a Resident Assistant in the Archbishop Murphy Apartments, and a voting member on the University Rank and Tenure Committee where he is the Undergraduate Student Representative.
