For fall quarter, Registration and Payment Invoices become available at SUOnline in mid-August for students who have registered for classes. In addition to receiving notification in their SU email account, paper invoices are also mailed to entering students.
For other quarters, invoices become available approximately one week after pre-registration opens to any student who has registered for classes for that quarter.
Entering students become continuing students after the add/drop period of their first term and, at that time, they no longer receive paper invoices in the mail. Notifications continue to be sent to their SU email addresses when there has been a change in their balance due, causing a revised invoice to be available at SUOnline.
