    Phone Service

    Call the SU Help Desk at 206-296-5571, or x5571 from on-campus phones.  The SU Help Desk provides 24x7 phone support for all University members.  For urgent and time-sensitive Help Desk requests, please call - don't email!

    Walk Up Service

    Help Desk Walk-up Services are available in Engineering 302. When you visit the Help Desk, you can expect:

    • Face-to-face technical support from knowledgeable, friendly analysts
    • Full Campus Card support (Campus card photos, card reprints and guest card services)
    • One-on-one consultation services for connecting your device to SU network & applications, including VPN and wireless setup
    • Next-level support escalation for difficult and unruly issues.
